• Receiving and responding to project inquiries
• Sending the company deck link to the email you request it for

There is no sign-up. We only collect what you enter:

• Project inquiry (required): company or organization, name and role, phone, email, message
• Deck request (required): email

We do not collect resident registration numbers or sensitive information.

• Project inquiries: 1 year from receipt
• Deck requests: 1 year from sending

Information is deleted without delay once the period ends, unless the law requires otherwise.

We do not provide personal information to third parties except with your consent or where required by law.

• Google LLC (USA) — sending, receiving and storing email (Gmail); retained as in Section 3
• Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and request handling; not stored after processing

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can contact us by other means instead of the form.

Electronic records are permanently deleted in a way that cannot be restored.

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time by emailing watneysolution@gmail.com.

• Language cookie (lang): remembers your language
• Theme (browser storage): remembers dark/light mode

No analytics or advertising cookies are used. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.

Our services are for businesses and organizations; we do not collect information from children under 14.

• Encrypted transmission (HTTPS)
• Mailbox access limited to the privacy officer
• App passwords and two-step verification
• Inquiry data is not stored on the website server
