Problem
Finding companies that are hiring, and who to contact, meant opening postings on several job sites one by one and copying details by hand. Some sites only show contacts after login, which made automation harder.
What we did
- A search screen mirroring the portal's detailed filters
- Crawling result pages to collect posting details and contact name, phone and email
- Per-site handling for external job sites, with a checklist so users log in to stricter sites first
- Progress log, results table, Excel download, packaged as a single-file desktop app
Result
Set the filters and postings and contacts land in one table, ready to download as Excel.
