An operations tool that runs seeding campaigns from creator discovery to results
We designed the screens, logic and data structure — and built a prototype — for a tool that connects creator sourcing, outreach, execution and results, work that used to be split across spreadsheets and chat.

Problem
Every campaign started from scratch.
Seeding marketing means sending a product to many creators and finding which message resonates. A campaign involves dozens to hundreds of creators, yet searching happened on the platforms, shortlisting in spreadsheets, contact over DMs, and results were compiled separately afterwards.
Who had been reviewed or contacted depended on memory, and one campaign's results never became the standard for the next.
What we did
We designed a tool that follows the work in order, from sourcing to results.
- The workflow as the menu Screens follow sourcing → shortlisting → outreach → execution → results, so going down the menu is one full campaign.
- Three tiers of creators Sourced results, outreach candidates and past collaborators are kept apart, so “we've worked with them” is never lost.
- Redefined selection criteria Instead of followers or engagement rate, median views — which reflect real reach — are the default, with grade and fee formulas defined.
- Outreach by project, round and creator A three-level structure keeps status and history separate when the same creator appears in several campaigns and rounds.
- Results feed the next campaign Published posts are monitored and rolled into reports, so what worked informs the next selection.
Result
Operations that relied on instinct and memory now run on criteria and data.
Screen flows, logic and DB design documents, plus a clickable prototype, set a clear basis for development.
Creator history and results from each campaign stay in one place, giving the next campaign a basis for choosing who to send which message.
