A desktop app for finding, reviewing and recruiting creators
A creator database app: creators suited to dermatology and cosmetic-surgery marketing are sourced and vetted by country, and a partner agency handles search, campaign projects and DM requests.

Problem
Selection criteria and outreach information were scattered.
Casting overseas creators for medical campaigns means checking their home country, real audience country, sponsorship habits and exposure to regulated topics. This lived in spreadsheets and chat, and decisions relied on individual experience.
The team also needed to run outreach with a partner without handing over creators' contact details.
What we did
We connected sourcing, vetting, outreach and post tracking into one flow.
- Separate operator and partner views Roles and permissions are split, so the partner only sees creators who passed vetting.
- Selection criteria as search filters Creators can be filtered by tier, engagement, origin / audience / regions covered, category and regulated-topic tags.
- AI account reviews Account summary, country calls with evidence and confidence, comment-language mix, and sponsored / self-appearance rates on list and detail pages.
- Outreach and monitoring by project Creators are added to campaign projects with stages and agreed fees, and views and engagement are tracked after posting.
- DMs without sharing contacts The partner requests DMs and the operator sends them from a queue, so contact details never leave the operator.
Result
Creator selection that relied on experience now has shared criteria.
Sourcing, vetting, outreach and post tracking happen in one app, and the partner finds creators by the same standards.
Only the operator holds contact details, so collaboration can grow while responsibility for that information stays clear.
