Problem
Each week the invitation, program, speaker and attendees were reassembled by hand and shared over messenger. Guest applications and business cards arrived as separate messages, and the roster lived in scattered spreadsheets.
What we did
- Each meeting is a project, with invitation, program, presentation and attendees edited on one screen
- A published meeting renders directly as the mobile invitation page
- A guest application form with card upload, and an admin view to approve, mark attended or reject
- The existing roster imported by industry group and managed as active, new and inactive
Result
Organizers just edit and publish from the admin console. Applications and cards land in one place, from approval through member conversion.
