Problem
Clients, vendors, published posts and rankings were managed across spreadsheets and manual searches. Rankings were checked one keyword at a time, and understanding why posts ranked well depended on individual experience.
What we did
- Organized data as client → project → task → keyword, keeping the existing Google Sheets as the database
- Monitoring of current rank, exposure area, change and history per keyword
- Keyword analysis with search-volume metrics and trends, plus extraction of top smart-block posts
- An AI report comparing top posts' length, images and structure, with ranking factors and a writing guide
- Post diagnosis scoring and monthly reports per vendor and client
Result
Rank checks, keyword research, top-post analysis and monthly reporting now happen in one app, by the same standard.
